Applicable models: B221, B220, PoE Doorbell, Battery Doorbell

When you need to change the Wi-Fi network for your camera, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Open the CYVIO App, select the camera that needs to be reconnected from the device list, and tap to enter the Camera Settings page. (See image below)

Step 2:
On the Camera Settings page, locate the Wi-Fi Configuration option and tap it to enter the Wi-Fi setup screen. (See image below)

Step 3: Click to expand the Wi-Fi list and select the target network. (If the desired Wi-Fi does not appear in the list, click the refresh button above to update the list.) (See the figure below)

Step 4: Enter the password for the new Wi-Fi in the password input field. (See the figure below)

Step 5: Click the [Save] button to save the settings. In the pop-up confirmation window, click [Got it] to return to the settings page. The system will complete the network switch within 120 seconds. (See the figure below)
