How to Reset the Camera WiFi Settings?

If your camera has lost its Wi-Fi connection, you need to clear the existing Wi-Fi credentials, or if you simply wish to wipe the current settings, please follow the instructions below.
Applies to: C2 Pan/Tilt Camera, B220/B221 Standalone Battery Cameras, R112 Doorbell.
C2 Pan/Tilt Camera
- Method: Press and hold the Reset button until you hear a voice prompt. This will restore the C2 to its factory settings, allowing you to re-add the device and configure new Wi-Fi information.
- Note: Simply deleting the device from the app only disconnects it from the cloud; the Wi-Fi credentials will remain stored on the camera. You must perform a physical reset to clear Wi-Fi data.

B220/B221 Standalone Battery Cameras
- Method: Press and hold the Power button for 3 to 8 seconds to reset.
- Next Steps: Wait for the camera to finish restarting. Once you hear the voice prompt for network configuration, you can re-add the device in the app and set up the new Wi-Fi information.

R112 Doorbell
- Method: Press and hold the Reset button on the Doorbell Base Station until you hear the voice prompt: "Reset success, device is restarting, please wait."
- Next Steps: The device will reboot. Once the restart is complete, re-add the device in the app to configure the new Wi-Fi settings.

- Important Note: The CYVIO app cannot remotely delete a camera's Wi-Fi settings. If you want to clear Wi-Fi information, a Hard Reset (physical reset) is required.
After the hard reset is complete, follow the standard "Add Device" process in the app to reconfigure the Wi-Fi for your specific model.
