Easy Wireless Installation

While you don’t have existing doorbell wiring at the front door, just use the built-in battery to setup.
You are free to determine the doorbell position and the mounting is easy and quick.

Step 1: Setup and Charging

Connect the Chime and add the device to CYVIO APP. Check and Charge the Doorbell if it in low battery level.

Step 2: Mount the Bracket

Use Screw Hole Positioning Card to drill and install abchors, and Mount the bracket.
*Abchors are not required for wood wall.

Step 3: Align and Complete

Align the slot of the doorbell with the bracket buckle, put it in, and press it down until it clicks into place. Then all complated.

If you already have functioning doorbell wiring at your front door,
follow these steps to complete the installation after connecting the Chime
and adding the device to the CYVIO app.

Step 1: Checking the Existing Doorbell

Test the existing doorbell by ringing it. If it doesn't ring, your doorbell wires may be faulty. Power the doorbell with its battery or consult an electrician to fix the wires before proceeding.

Step 2: Shut off the Power Supply

Turn off the power supply for the doorbell. If unsure, switch off the main power in your house. Test by toggling the lights to ensure electricity is off.

Step 3: Bypass Existing Chime

Find your existing doorbell chime. Remove the cover and locate the screw terminals marked TRANS and FRONT. Use the provided jumper to connect these terminals, bypassing the chime without affecting the circuit.

Step 4: Remove the Existing Doorbell

Remove the existing doorbell button at the front door. Pull the two wires out carefully when removing the old doorbell. Straighten the wire ends if necessary.

Step 5: Wiried the Doorbell & On

Connect wires to the back terminals of the doorbell and tighten screws. Ensure wires don't touch. Align the slot of the doorbell with the bracket buckle and press down until it clicks. Finally, switch the doorbell or circuit breaker to ON.
