Find the IP address of a camera/NVR in the CYVIO VMS system

1. Enter the system by entering the NVR password or using the pattern unlock.

2. Go to the system preview page, right-click to open the system menu, and select "Configuration" to enter the settings interface.

Camera:
1. For cameras already added to the NVR
You can find the camera’s IP address by following the numbered sequence shown in the diagram below.

2. For cameras on the same local network but not yet added to the NVR:
You can find the camera’s IP address by following the numbered sequence shown in the diagram below.

NVR:
Single-port NVR:
You can find the NVR’s IP address by following the numbered sequence shown in the diagram below.

Dual-port NVR:
For a dual-port NVR, each network port has an IP address in a different subnet. You can view the IP address of each network card by using the “Network Card Selection” dropdown. Follow the numbered sequence in the diagram below for detailed steps.

Find the IP address of a camera/NVR in the CYVIO APP
Enter the correct login information and tap the Login button. You will reach the HOME page of the app.

Camera:
For cameras already added to the NVR:
Follow the step-by-step sequence shown in the diagram below to find the camera’s IP address.

NVR:
Follow the steps from left to right in the diagram below to find the NVR’s IP address.
