You can reset your CYVIO password using either of the following two methods. Please choose one method and follow the steps to complete the password reset.

Method 1: Reset the CYVIO Password via the CYVIO App

1. Open the CYVIO App and enter the main interface, then tap the Me button in the bottom-right corner.

2. Please tap Account Settings.

3. Please tap Change Password to enter the password reset screen.

4. Enter your current account password, then set a new password and re-enter it to confirm.

5. Tap the Save button to successfully reset the password, then log in using the new password.

 Method 2: Reset the CYVIO Password via CYVIO VMS

1. Open CYVIO VMS and log in to your account. After entering the main interface, click the Me button.

2. Click the Modify Password button.

3. Enter your current account password, then set a new password and re-enter it to confirm.

4. Click the Save button.

5. Click the OK button to complete the password reset, then log in using your new password.
