Each camera supports one main account connection and can authorize additional users via the Share function. Shared users can have permissions such as Live View, Playback, and Notifications, with a maximum of 6 shared users per camera. The detailed steps are as follows:

I. Share a Device via CYVIO App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO App using the main account (Account 1). Tap the "..." icon on the top-right corner of the target device, and select "Share" from the pop-up menu.

Step 2:
Check the device permissions you want to grant. After selecting, tap "Next".

Step 3:
Enter the email address of the account to be shared (Account 2) in the E-mail field and tap "Send" to send the invitation.

Step 4:
In the confirmation pop-up, tap "Confirm". After the "Share Successful" message appears, tap "Confirm" again to close the window.

Step 5:
Log in to the App using the shared account (Account 2). Tap "Message" in the bottom navigation bar to enter the message center, then select the "System" category at the top to view system notifications.

Step 6:
Tap the "Device Share" notification. In the pop-up, select "Accept" to accept the share. The shared account can now access live view, playback, and alarm notifications for the device.

II. Share a Device via CYVIO VMS

Step 1:
Access the CYVIO VMS platform through a browser (URL: https://vms.cyviolife.com/) and log in using the main account (Account 1).
① Click "Share" in the left-hand menu to enter the Share Management page.
② Click "Share Device" in the top-left corner to enter the device sharing interface.
③ Click the "Add Share" button at the bottom.

Step 2:
① In the device list, select the camera you want to share.
② Enter the shared account's information (Account 2) and click "Save" to complete the sharing setup.

Step 3:
Log in to the platform using the shared account (Account 2).
① Click "Share" in the left-hand menu.
② Select "Receive Device" in the top-left corner.
③ Click "Unreceived Device" to view devices pending acceptance.

Step 4:
① In the device list, check the devices you wish to accept.
② Click "Accept" to confirm. The shared account will then have Live View, Playback, and Notification access to the device.
