You have two ways to cancel or delete your CYVIO account. You can choose either method and follow the steps below.

I. Cancel or Delete Your CYVIO Account via the App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO account you wish to cancel via the CYVIO App. On the home screen, tap the Me button in the bottom-right corner.

Step 2:
Tap the Account Settings

Step 3:
Tap Account.

Step 4:
Tap the Delete Account button.

Step 5:
Tap the Send Code button. The CYVIO team will send a verification code to the email address associated with your CYVIO account.

Step 6:
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by CYVIO to your email.

Step 7:
Tap the Continue button to complete the account cancellation. Once the account is canceled, you will be automatically logged out of the CYVIO App.

II. Cancel or Delete Your CYVIO Account via CYVIO VMS

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO account you wish to cancel on CYVIO VMS. On the home screen, click the More button in the upper-right corner.

Step 2:
Click the Me button to enter the Account Management page.

Step 3:
Click the Delete button.

Step 4:
Click the Send button. The CYVIO team will send a verification code to the email address associated with your CYVIO account.

Step 5:
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by CYVIO to your email, then click the Continue button.

Step 6:
Click the OK button to complete the account cancellation. Once the account is canceled, you will be automatically logged out.
