You can share your device with others in two ways.

Please choose one of the following methods and follow the steps to complete device sharing.

Ⅰ.Share Your Device via the CYVIO App

Step 1: Open the CYVIO App, go to the home screen, and tap Me in the bottom-right corner.

Step 2: Tap Share.

Step 3: Tap Share the Device.

Step 4: Tap Share.

Step 5: Select the device(s) you want to share.

Step 6: Tap Enter to access the Sharing Permission Management page.

Step 7: Select the permissions you want to grant.

Step 8: After selecting the permissions, return to the previous page and tap Next.

Step 9: Enter the email address of the person you want to share the device with
(The email must be registered with a CYVIO account, and the account region must match yours.)

Step 10: Tap Send to send the sharing invitation.

Step 11: Tap Confirm to confirm the sharing. 

Step 12: Once the invitation is sent, tap Confirm to finish the process.

Step 13: After the invitation is sent, you can go to the Sharing Management page to view the sharing status and manage shared devices.

II. Share Your Device via CYVIO VMS

Step 1
Log in to your CYVIO VMS account and enter the home page.
Click Share in the left sidebar.

Step 2
Click Share Device.

Step 3
Click Add Share.

Step 4
Enter the email address of the person you want to share the device with
(The email must be registered with a CYVIO account, and the account region must match yours.)

Step 5
Select the device(s) you want to share.

Step 6
Select the permissions you want to grant.

Step 7
Click Save to complete device sharing and wait for the recipient to accept the invitation.

Step 8
After sharing is completed, you can view and manage the sharing status of the device on this page.
