How to Manage User Accounts via Web Browsers?
This document provides a detailed guide for managing your CYVIO account via a web browser, including registration, login, security settings, and account deletion.
1. Account Registration
Visit the official CYVIO VMS website: https://vms.cyviolife.com/ and click the “Create an account” button at the bottom of the page to enter the registration interface. Complete the following steps in order:
1. Enter a valid email address.
2. Set a login password that meets security requirements.
3. Obtain and enter the email verification code.
4. Check the privacy agreement box.
5. Click “Register” to complete account creation.

2. Account Login
On the login page, enter the following information in order:
1. Your registered CYVIO account email.
2. Your login password.
3. Select your region.
Then click the “Login” button to complete the authentication process.

3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Management
To ensure account security, newly registered accounts have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled by default. When logging in from an unfamiliar device (not previously registered), you will need to enter an email verification code in addition to your password.
To disable this feature:
1. Log in to CYVIO VMS.
2. Click “Me” in the left-side menu.
3. Locate the “Two-Factor Authentication” toggle and turn it off.
4. Enter the email verification code to confirm your identity.

4. Password Change
To update your account password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to CYVIO VMS and go to the “Me” page in the left-side menu.
2. Select the “Modify Password” option.
3. Enter your current password and then your new password.
4. Click “Confirm Change” to complete the update.

5. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account (note: data cannot be recovered after deletion, and all devices under the account must be removed beforehand), follow these steps:
1. Log in to CYVIO VMS and go to the “Me” page.
2. Click the “Delete Account” option.
3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Send to receive an email verification code.
4. Enter the verification code and click Confirm to complete the account deletion.
