How to Bind/Unbind CYVIO Device from CYVIO Account?
I. Bind a CYVIO Device to a CYVIO Account
The process of binding a CYVIO device to a CYVIO account is the same as the initial device setup performed through the CYVIO App.
Please refer to the "Initial Setup of CYVIO Devices" guide corresponding to your device model in the Help Center for detailed instructions.
II. Unbind a CYVIO Device from a CYVIO Account via the CYVIO App
1. Open the CYVIO App and log in to your account. On the home screen, select the device you want to unbind and tap the "…" icon in the upper-right corner.


2. Tap the Camera Settings / Device Settings button.


3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Device.


4. Tap the Delete button to complete unbinding the CYVIO device from your CYVIO account.


III. Unbind a CYVIO Device from a CYVIO Account via CYVIO VMS
1. Open CYVIO VMS and log in to your account. On the main interface, click the Device button on the left sidebar.
2. In the device list, select the device you want to unbind and click the Delete button.
3. Click OK to complete the device unbinding process.
