I. CYVIO APP Account Login

Please open the CYVIO APP, enter your account, password, and region on the login screen, then tap Login to sign in.

II. CYVIO APP Account Logout

1. Tap the Me button in the bottom-right corner of the home screen.

2. Tap Account Settings to enter the account settings page.

3. Tap the Log Out button.

4. Tap the Confirm button to complete the logout.

III. CYVIO VMS Account Login

1. On the CYVIO VMS login screen, enter your account, password, and region, then click Login to sign in.

2. If this is your first time logging in to CYVIO VMS, a verification code is required to ensure account security.
Click the Send button, and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your account email by the CYVIO team.

3. Enter the 6-digit verification code.
4. Click the Understand button to complete the login.

IV. CYVIO VMS Account Logout

1. Click the More button in the top-right corner.

2. Click the Logout button.

4. Click the OK button to complete the account logout.
