Administrator Account:
An administrator account has full control over the device. It can configure cameras and NVRs associated with the account and manage the permissions of shared users.

Regular User Account:
A regular user account has limited permissions, which are controlled by the administrator account. Depending on the permissions granted by the administrator, a regular user account can have up to four types of access: Live View, Playback, Two-Way Talk, and Message Notifications. Regular users cannot manage the device or modify its settings.
