If you need to back up recordings using CYVIO products, please follow the steps below.

1. Back Up Recordings via the CYVIO App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO App. On the home page, select the target channel and tap the "Open" button to enter the live view/playback interface. (See image below)

Step 2:
Tap the "Playback" button to enter playback mode, then tap the clip (cut) icon at the bottom of the screen. (See image below)

Step 3:
Drag the clipping frame to select the recording segment you want to back up (the maximum duration for a single clip is 5 minutes). Tap the "Download" button to start backing up the recording. (See image below)

Step 4:
After the download is complete, return to the main page. Tap "Me" to enter the personal center, then tap "Albums" to view the backed-up recordings in the album. (See image below)

2. Back Up Recordings via CYVIO VMS

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO VMS platform (URL: https://vms.cyviolife.com/). On the main page, click "Playback" to enter the playback interface. Select the target device and click Search. After the recording loads, click the clip (cut) button. (See image below)

Step 2:
Select the recording segment you want to clip, then click the Save button. (See image below)

Step 3:
In the pop-up window, check the target recording segment and click "Start Download". Once completed, choose the folder where you want to save the file. After confirmation, the recording will be automatically saved to your computer. (See image below)
