Tutorial Video:

Step 1

Log in to the CYVIO App and tap “Camera Settings” on the C2 camera page.

Step 2

Tap “About Device” to view the detailed information of the C2 camera.

Step 3

Check the IP address of the C2 camera.

Step 4

Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the C2 camera to access the camera’s web interface.
Then enter the camera’s username and password to log in.

Step 5

Click “Remote Setting” to enter the camera settings page.

Step 6

Go to “Network Settings” → “Port Configuration” to check the HTTP port number.

Step 7

On your NVR or any ONVIF-supported software/tool:

• Enter the IP address of the C2 camera 
• Enter the HTTP port number 
• Select ONVIF as the protocol 
• Enter the camera’s username and password 

After completing the above settings, the connection will be established successfully.

Note:

If the C2 camera is not within the same local network (LAN), you need to configure UPNP on your router.

At the same time:

• Enable the UPNP option on the C2 camera
• Set the HTTP External Port manually in UPNP mode 

For example, if the public IP address of the network where the C2 camera is located is: 112.91.146.52

Then the ONVIF connection configuration should be set as shown below.
