1. Warranty Policy
What's Covered
CYVIO products purchased from the official CYVIO online store have a 2-year limited warranty. This applies to most security cameras, systems, and NVRs — including refurbished units sold on the official store.
How It Works
- Warranty Period: 2 years from date of purchase.
- If a manufacturing defect or hardware issue occurs during this period, CYVIO will repair or replace the item in accordance with warranty terms.
- You may extend the warranty to 2 years by registering your product within 30 days after delivery on the CYVIO site.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply if issues are caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence;
- Natural disasters (lightning, floods, etc.) or force majeure events;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Use outside the country of purchase;
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers — warranty only applies to official store purchases.
- Warranty is tied to the original buyer and is not transferable.
2. Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied with your new CYVIO product, you can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- This policy is only for new products — refurbished items are excluded from the refund guarantee.
After 30 days
Refunds are not available after 30 days, but within the warranty period, CYVIO may provide exchanges or warranty service depending on the issue.
