Answer: Currently, CYVIO devices support Amazon Alexa assistant but do not support Google Assistant. You can follow the steps below to link your CYVIO device with Alexa:

Step 1: Open the CYVIO App and tap the “ME” option in the bottom menu to enter the personal center (as shown in the figure).

Step 2: On the Personal Center page, select “Voice Assistants” to enter the voice assistant linking page (as shown in the figure).

Step 3: On the Voice Assistants page, tap “Amazon Alexa” to enter the linking confirmation page (as shown in the figure).

Step 4: On the “Using Amazon Alexa” page, tap the “Confirm” button at the bottom to complete the linking (as shown in the figure).

Step 5: The system will automatically redirect to the Alexa App. Tap the “LINK” button at the bottom of the page to complete the connection (as shown in the figure).

Step 6: Once the system completes the automatic connection, the Alexa voice assistant is successfully linked. You can now control your device using Amazon Alexa.
