1. CYVIO App Account Creation and Login

If you have not yet registered a CYVIO App account, you can follow the steps below to complete registration and login:

Step 1:Download the CYVIO App either by searching for CYVIO in your app store or by scanning the QR code below. 

Step 2:Open the CYVIO App and tap the Sign Up button at the bottom to go to the registration page (see image below): 

Step 3:Complete the following steps in order:

• Enter your email address
• Select your region
• Set your account password
• Tap “Get Verification Code” (the code will be sent to your email)
• Enter the verification code
• Check the privacy agreement box
• Tap the Sign Up button at the bottom to complete your CYVIO App account registration (see image below)

Step 4:After successful registration, return to the login page. Enter your registered email, password, and select your region. Tap “Log In” to access the CYVIO App home page (see image below).

Note: CYVIO App accounts are compatible with CYVIO VMS accounts. If you need to use CYVIO VMS, you can log in directly using your CYVIO App account.

2. CYVIO VMS Account Creation and Login

If you have not yet registered a CYVIO VMS account, you can follow the steps below to complete registration and login:

Step 1: Open a web browser and go to the CYVIO VMS website: https://vms.cyviolife.com/. Click the Create an account button on the page to go to the registration page (see image below).

Step 2: Complete the following steps in order:

• Enter your email address
• Select your region
• Set your account password
• Click “Get Verification Code” (the code will be sent to your email)
• Enter the verification code
• Check the privacy agreement box
• Click the Register button on the page to complete your CYVIO VMS account registration (see image below)

Step 3: After successful registration, return to the login page. Enter your registered email, password, and select your region. Click “Log In” to access the CYVIO VMS page (see image below).

Note: CYVIO VMS accounts are compatible with CYVIO App accounts. If you need to use the CYVIO App, you can log in directly using your CYVIO VMS account.
