CYVIO PTZ cameras support Preset and Cruise functions, allowing you to quickly move the camera to specific monitoring positions and enable automatic patrol monitoring.

Below are the detailed steps for setting up presets and cruise via the CYVIO App and CYVIO VMS platform.

I. Set Preset Positions via the CYVIO App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO App, select the target device, and tap "Open" to enter the live preview screen. (See image below)

Step 2:
Tap the "PTZ" button in the bottom menu of the live preview screen to enter the PTZ control page. (See image below)

Step 3:
Use the PTZ controls to rotate the PTZ camera to the desired monitoring position.
Tap "Preset" to open the preset management page, then tap the "+" icon next to the corresponding preset number to save it. (See image below)

II. Set Preset Positions via CYVIO VMS

Step 1:
Visit the CYVIO VMS platform at https://vms.cyviolife.com/.
After logging in, click "Live View" in the left-side menu to enter the video monitoring page.
Double-click the device name to start live preview, then click the PTZ icon in the bottom toolbar to enter the PTZ control interface. (See image below)

Step 2:
In the PTZ control interface, click "Mode" to enter preset setup mode.
Adjust the camera to the desired position, then click the Settings icon to save the preset position. (See image below)
