This article will guide you on how to search system logs using a CYVIO PoE NVR.
Please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Enter the system by inputting the NVR password or using the pattern unlock.

Step 2

On the live preview screen, right-click the mouse to open the system menu, then select Configuration to enter the settings interface.

Step 3

Follow the numbered steps shown in the image to switch to the Log Search interface.

Step 4

Set the required start date / end date, start time / end time, and log type, then click the Search button to display all logs that meet the selected criteria.

Log Types

• All
  View all system logs within the selected time period.
• System
  Records system-related events, including system settings, reboot, auto reboot, firmware upgrade, time settings, and NTP synchronization.
• Configuration
  Records configuration and setting operations, including live view control, privacy mask settings, recording mode and schedule settings, main stream settings, network settings, sub stream settings, email settings, image/color settings, motion detection settings, hard disk settings, multi-user settings, NTP settings, image control, motion bitrate settings, RTSP settings, IP filtering settings, factory reset operations, audio settings, video tamper alarm settings, as well as export and import operations.
• Alarm
  Records alarm and alert events.
• Account
  Records local or external user login and logout activities.
• Record
  Records operation logs related to searching, playback, and backup of recordings.
• Storage
  Records storage-related events, including hard disk formatting, disk full status, and disk errors.
• AI
  Records alarm events related to intelligent detection features.
