If you want to back up recordings from CYVIO cameras connected to a PoE NVR, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Enter the system by inputting the Network Video Recorder (NVR) password or using the pattern unlock.

Step 2: On the live view page, right-click the mouse to open the system menu, select Playback, and enter the playback interface.

Step 3: Select the date and channel of the recordings you want to back up, then click the Video Clip button.

Step 4: Drag the white inverted triangle at the end of the timeline to select the recording time period
(If the time scale is too narrow, click to adjust the timeline span), then click the Backup button.

Step 5: A backup format window will pop up. Available formats include AVF, AVI, and MP4.

1.To back up encrypted recordings:
Select AVF format > enable Password Protection > enter and confirm the encryption password > click Save.

2.To back up standard recordings:
Select the desired file format > click Save.

Step 6: In the backup window, choose the storage path, then click OK again. The recording will be backed up successfully.
