CYVIO cameras support receiving push notifications through the CYVIO App.
Currently, push notifications are not supported via Amazon Alexa.

You can configure message notifications in the CYVIO App by following the steps below.

Steps to Enable Message Notifications via the CYVIO App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO App, select the target camera, and tap the "..." icon in the top-right corner to open the menu.
Select "Camera Settings" to enter the device settings page. (See image below)

Step 2:
On the settings page, tap "Event Linkage" to enter the alarm and notification configuration page. (See image below)

Step 3:
Select "Message Notification" to enter the notification settings page. (See image below)

Step 4:
Enable the main notification switch and select the specific alert types you want to receive. (See image below)

Step 5:
Return to the App home screen and tap the "Message" button at the bottom to enter the message center.
When the camera triggers an event, notifications will be pushed to this page in real time. (See image below)
