If you need to manually adjust the zoom level and image focus of the camera, you can do so using the following two methods.

I. Manual Focus via the CYVIO App

Step 1:
Log in to the CYVIO App, select the target device, and tap "Open" to enter the live monitoring preview screen. (See image below) 

Step 2:
Tap the "PTZ" button in the bottom menu of the preview screen to enter the PTZ control page. (See image below)

Step 3:
On the PTZ control page, use the "ZOOM +/-" buttons to adjust the image zoom level, and use the "Focus" control to fine-tune the image clarity. (See image below)

II. Manual Focus via CYVIO VMS

Step 1:
Visit the CYVIO VMS management platform at https://vms.cyviolife.com/.
Click "Live View" in the left navigation bar to enter the live monitoring page.
After double-clicking the device name to start live preview, click the PTZ icon in the bottom toolbar to enter the PTZ control interface. (See image below)

Step 2:
In the PTZ control interface, use the "ZOOM +/-" buttons to adjust the zoom level, and use the "Focus" controls to achieve precise focus. (See image below)
